Our refund and returns policy lasts 10 days from the delivery date. If 10 days have passed since you received your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and the packaging must remain intact. The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain goods cannot be returned, including perishable items (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines), intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases. Sale items are also final sale, except if defective.
Proof of Purchase and Return Shipping
A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return. You must provide proof of return shipping with tracking information. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Restocking Fee and Shipping Costs
A 10% restocking fee applies to all approved returns. Return shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.
Defective or Damaged Items
Please report any defective or damaged products within 3 days of delivery based on the courier’s delivery date. Contact us to arrange a refund or exchange for such items.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 30 days from receipt of the returned item for processing. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement depending on your card issuer.
